JULY 4, 2023 at 8:00PM - CUNY TV Screens “The Borinqueneers” Throughout July

See the Premiere of the CUNY TV Special “Asian American Life Presents The Forgotten War: 70 Years After the Amistice”.  The special includes an interview with Kyung Yoon, Correspondent of Asian American Life and daughter of Maj. Gen. Seung Kook Yoon and Dr. Harry Franqui, Associate Professor of History at Bloomfield College and author of “Soldiers of the Nation: Military Service and Modern Puerto Rico, 1868-1952”.  “The Borinqueneers” documentary film will be presented as part of CUNY TV’s Special on the 70th Anniversary of the Armistice with multiple screenings throughout the month of July:

The station reaches 7.3 million broadcast households in the New York metropolitan area from its studios at the CUNY Graduate Center and programming includes 28 locally produced shows and over 100 hours of programming from CUNY Colleges and other partnerships a month.  CUNY TV is broadcast in the five boroughs over the air on channel 25.3; and through cable signals with Spectrum and Optimum on channel 75; RCN on channel 77; and Verizon FiOS on channel 30 as well as throughout the CUNY system, the nation’s largest urban university with 25 colleges and affiliated institutions.
