July 13, 2007 - Newark Museum World Premiere of documentary film "The Borinqueneers" in Newark, NJ.
The screening was sponsored by Verizon, PSE&G, Prudential Financial, AARP New Jersey, Rums of Puerto Rico, Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration, NJN, and the Newark Museum Latino Cinema Committee .
The event was a fundraiser for the New Jersey Hispanic Research and Information Center (NJHRIC).
Guests mingle at the gala reception.
A delicious buffet dinner.
More than 350 guests attended.
