I am proud of my Father. He was in the 65th Inf Regiment. After learning about the PBS showings, I went directly to the computer to locate all the info I could. I’ve printed all the pages for him to look (they don’t own a computer) & I’ve given him a work assignment – sit down, think back to that time and write everything experienced, as well as look through the old photo albums. I’m going to order the DVD for him as well. Killeen Texas as one of the site to be visited in December 2007; My parents live there and look forward to reuniting with all the soldiers/wives of the 65th Inf Regiment – Borinqueneers!
Dad retired from the US Army in 1976 (Fort Hood). He still is Proud to be US Army Soldier. Hopefully, other Retired Borinqueneers will come forward!!!
