The Dover Detail

A special offer for Borinqueneer veterans!  Every day, our military veterans pass away without family or friends who are able to help coordinate their final arrangements, especially when it comes to their final dress, honoring their proud military service as they are laid to rest. Our veterans, their families and/or friends may not have access to an accurate and complete military dress uniform due to many factors such as the ability to locate the veteran’s service uniform, the prohibitive costs of a service uniform, not being familiar with the branch’s service uniform regulations, etc.  That is where The Dover Detail comes in. The Dover Detail will, at NO CHARGE to the veteran or their family, provide the veteran with an accurate and complete service dress uniform for their burial. For Borinqueneer veterans, this means the uniform will have the 65th insignia, rank, name tags, ribbons, and medals to signify a soldier’s accomplishments and qualifications.  To date, The Dover Detail, has proudly completed over 163 uniforms.  Although based in Chuluota, Florida, they ship wherever the uniform is needed. On the left is a sample of a uniform that was sent to a Borinqueneer.

If you are interested, please call Jerry Vaughan at (321) 420-3566 or send an email to doverdetail@gmail.com. You will need to provide a copy of your DD214 and clothing size measurements. Have an old uniform you don’t need? They also accept donated uniforms.
