June 26, 2014 - Taping at the Puerto Rico PBS station TU-TV for July 4th broadcast of film with 65th veterans and their families.

June 25, 2014 - Visit to the Veteran’s Museum in San Lorenzo, PR.
In front of the Museum was a statue dedicated to the soldier.

The museum profiles two sons of San Lorenzo: deceased Borinqueneers LTC Angel Escribano (Ret.) and MSG Ramon Figueroa (Ret.). (both appeared in our documentary).

June 27, 2014 - A visit to see Borinqueneer Nicolás Cancel Figueroa (center in t-shirt) in Lajas, PR.

This is Capt. Segundo “Kun” Garcia's plane.
The 86-year old "Kun" was a pilot with the 312th Fighter Squadron before he was transferred to the 65th's Co. F in Korea.
Here is another artifact at the airport: a 40 mm Anti-Air Battery Gun.
