October 20, 2019 - Borinqueneer CSM Asuncion Candelario (Ret.) (center) is visited in the hospital by Borinqueneer SGM Victor Lopez-Nieves (Ret.) and Andres Rivera-Gutierrez in San Antonio, TX.
November 11, 2019 - A posthumous BCG Medal Ceremony for Jose del Carmen-Morales in Puerto Rico. Jose served in the Heavy Mortar Co. where he went missing in action on April 26, 1951.

November 10, 2019 - A posthumous BCG Medal Ceremony for Francisco Montañez. The 65th Inf. Regt. Motorcycle Club members provided the medal to the family.
November 11, 2019 - A Veterans Day celebration in McAllen, TX takes time to award a posthumous Congressional Gold Medal to Jose del Carmen-Morales who went missing in Korea in 1951.
Jose del Carmen Morales served in the Heavy Mortar Co. His sister, Myriam Morales Klusmann and her family attended the celebration to receive the medal.

Borinqueneer Jose Otero-Gonzalez served in Co. C where he received a Bronze Star. He died on November 16, 2019 in New York City.
