Staff Sgt. Ambrosio Jurado-Santiago of Caguas, PR, participated in World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. In Korea, he served in the Heavy Mortar Company in 1951. When he arrived in Vietnam, he was assigned to Co. A, 10th Cavalry, 4th Infantry Div. He volunteered for a second tour in Vietnam when he was killed on March 9, 1967 in the Phu Yen Province, South Vietnam. He was 43 years old and had served for 26 years.
