Américo Sánchez-Ortiz, was born on September 22, 1918 in Ciales, PR. He passed away in New City, NY on June 14, 2020 at the age of 101. Americo served in Company A during World War II. He was always proud to have been a Borinqueneer. Submitted by his daughter Irma.
