NOTE:  To ensure that your order will not be rejected, input the Billing Address that is on record with your credit card company.  Later you will be allowed to change the address if you have a different Shipping Address.  Certain debit cards are not accepted.   You will receive an email confirmation when the order has been accepted and approved.
